Looks sturdy, it has lower and higher density blades on each sides and they pick off dog hair very well from the skin itself. It takes practice since it can get stuck, making you want to pull the brush harder, but after some time i got the hang of it.
After using this brush, i use the default one to go around sensitive areas like legs and belly, also to pick off any hair left on the surface.
